About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review daily vendor delivery performance and address non-compliance issues before and at receipt
- Partner with DC teams to resolve compliance issues and support smooth operations
- Coordinate correction and rework of non-compliant product, assess costs, and process chargebacks in line with policy while keeping merchandising and vendors informed
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, merchandising, and operations on compliance-related questions
- Build strong vendor relationships through one-on-one support for both new and existing vendors
- Identify poorly performing vendors, take corrective action, and ensure rework is completed on time to meet ATS timelines, KPIs, and customer expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work beyond task-level execution
- Strong computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong communication skills
- Must reside in California
- Must work onsite daily at the Ontario, California Fulfillment Center
