About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver an inspiring shopping experience and empower guests to customize their space
Promote the Frontgate brand at every guest encounter
Ensure the team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences
Guide company programs, increase sales, and set the store to exceed expectations
Report to the General Manager
Collaborate on floor sets, window display planning, and inventory replenishment
Serve as sales supervisor and oversee daily activities to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness
Provide performance feedback to the management team based on store team observations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution
Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
Clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts
