About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate outbound order waves to support fulfillment operations
  • Release and manage outbound order waves across picking, staging, automation, and packing areas
  • Monitor wave progress and communicate status updates, aged tasks, and priorities to operational teams
  • Adjust wave parameters based on labor availability, inventory, and operational needs
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate or resolve problems to keep orders moving
  • Support cross-functional partners to ensure accurate processing of customer orders
  • Report to the Outbound Area Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
  • Working knowledge of WMS systems
  • Basic computer applications
  • Spreadsheets and complex spreadsheet functions
  • Reporting tools
  • Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Must work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN facility
  • No relocation assistance is offered
