About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for a new physician accounts receivable solution
  • Balance customer needs, operational opportunities, and business objectives to drive measurable outcomes
  • Partner with engineering, operations, commercial, and executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and define requirements
  • Manage releases and ensure successful adoption of product capabilities
  • Lead product development through agile delivery practices
  • Provide vision, product direction, acceptance criteria, and release readiness decisions
  • Identify opportunities to maximize value from existing R37 and healthcare revenue cycle technologies
  • Build cross-functional relationships and incorporate voice-of-customer insights
  • Develop product narratives and help teams translate strategy into execution
  • Lead the strategy, development, and launch of an AI-enabled physician accounts receivable product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of product leadership experience building and scaling complex technology products
  • Deep healthcare domain expertise
  • Strong preference for revenue cycle management experience, including physician billing, accounts receivable, patient accounting, or related financial operations
  • Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and translating customer insights into successful products and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong command of Agile product development and cross-functional execution
  • Experience leading products from concept through launch and adoption
  • Exceptional ability to influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across executive, business, operational, and technical stakeholders
