  • Travel between multiple hospital floors and visit uninsured and underinsured patients in their rooms to review financial needs and available resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and professionalism when discussing sensitive personal and financial information
  • Ability to explain complex information in clear, simple language
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems and priorities
  • Ability to navigate and work efficiently across multiple systems with ease
  • Ability to work on-site, move regularly between multiple hospital floors, and meet with patients in their rooms throughout the day
  • Background check and drug screening may be required before hire
  • Facility vaccination requirements may apply, including an annual flu vaccination
