About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, compile, structure, analyze, and report HR metrics and data from Workday, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns related to attrition, turnover, and employment-law compliance
  • Plan and create business and client-facing data presentations
  • Prepare reports, present results, and highlight findings and areas for additional consideration
  • Support HR Business Leaders with performance management and merit increase/bonus processes by collecting data and conducting follow-up
  • Provide cross-functional support for talent planning, engagement survey review, and action planning
  • Participate in ad hoc Human Resources projects involving Total Rewards, Talent Management, I&D, and Organization Design
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and generate strategic HR insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in related areas such as employee relations, reporting, compensation, recruitment, training and development, or employee benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Basic Excel formulas, including SUM, AVERAGE, and VLOOKUP
  • Experience creating and managing pivot tables
  • Experience creating and assembling professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Proficient with or able to quickly learn HRIS, preferably Workday, payroll, and similar employee management software
  • Familiarity with AI tools and concepts
