About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick to learn technology
  • Ability to type and answer phones
  • Comfortable working across multiple computer programs and screens
  • Prepared to see illness and injuries in a hospital/lab environment
  • Willingness to work Sunday 7:00PM–7:00AM and PRN as needed/on-call
