About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Copilot
- Lead Microsoft Entra ID administration, Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access, and authentication services
- Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related cloud services according to security and compliance requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and cloud-native technologies
- Implement automation frameworks for identity, access management, reporting, provisioning, and administrative processes
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Service Operations, and Business teams on secure, scalable enterprise solutions
- Provide technical leadership and advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and identity-related services
- Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, licensing, access controls, agent governance, adoption, and support
- Lead strategic Microsoft 365 and Identity platform initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Implement Zero Trust principles, enterprise security controls, governance, and compliance requirements
- Participate in security reviews, audits, risk assessments, and remediation efforts
- Develop technical standards, operational procedures, documentation, and best practices
- Stay current with Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and emerging cloud capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management, and enterprise cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune MDM/MAM, Identity Governance, Conditional Access, and security best practices
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Identity Management concepts
- Experience with Azure AD roles, Conditional Access policies, MFA, and related administration
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID administration
- Solid understanding of Intune MDM/MAM, On-Prem Active Directory, and Group Policies concepts
- Knowledge of Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Security and Compliance, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including analyzing directory and Microsoft 365 service logs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive levels
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work independently
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Administrator certification preferred
