About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and reliable advocate for clients throughout the full revenue cycle
  • Oversee client experience to ensure optimal financial outcomes, client satisfaction, and long-term retention
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance revenue performance, streamline operations, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with billing, coding, operations, and technology teams to align solutions with client goals
  • Provide strategic guidance to maximize revenue collection, reduce costs, and improve account financial health and performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Drive operational excellence and accountability related to revenue cycle management
  • Align client KPI goals, objectives, and action plans with business strategy and financial health
  • Address client concerns promptly and proactively prevent potential issues
  • Provide consultation and support through written and verbal communications and presentations, including to C-suite stakeholders
  • Report on and analyze KPIs and data points to ensure client satisfaction and support meet or exceed targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in client success services, revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or consulting with healthcare clients
  • Physician billing experience in specialty groups preferred, including radiology, surgical, primary care, and/or others
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management processes, including billing, coding, and claims management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including patient accounting systems, analytic tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong track record managing multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to lead executive-level presentations, prepare slide decks, and present on KPIs
  • Advanced data analysis skills and Excel experience creating pivot tables, workbooks, and formula calculations
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer requirements
