About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and drive execution of AI-enabled revenue cycle solutions
  • Use operational and performance data to identify opportunities, prioritize use cases, and inform expansion decisions
  • Analyze and trend solution performance to identify patterns, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations and actions
  • Drive cross-functional execution with leadership, operations, product, engineering, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Lead stakeholder discussions, drive decisions, communicate recommendations, and provide actionable feedback
  • Troubleshoot operational and product issues and coordinate resolution across teams
  • Lead discovery through user interviews, process maps, and gap analysis
  • Analyze current-state processes, standards, and operational, financial, and quality metrics to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
  • Translate healthcare revenue cycle workflows into build-ready PRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, and decision trees
  • Refine backlog items and clarify scope with product and engineering teams
  • Ensure product development remains on track and delivers value aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes
  • Support implementation and adoption through change management, documentation, and collaboration with training, quality, and performance management teams
  • Act as the connective layer between operations, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
  • Communicate complex workflow logic to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight once priorities are aligned
  • Proactively surface risks and constraint assumptions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Product Business Analyst in healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, including back-end operations, payor rules, claims workflows, denials management, and reimbursement methodologies
  • Proven experience in process analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics within a healthcare environment
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable process recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools to track performance and outcomes
  • Ability to document workflows, business requirements, and process standards clearly and effectively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Strong stakeholder facilitation skills
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity
  • Independent, structured thinker
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, payor portals, and healthcare operating systems is nice to have
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams is nice to have
