About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Integrate newly signed clients into the R1 shared services organization
Implement R1 standards and best practices
Conduct operational efficiency reviews for existing clients
Partner with leaders and external departments to identify, manage, implement, and review projects for effectiveness
Work across shared services, operational leadership, and customer onboarding teams to onboard new clients into the R1 shared services ecosystem
Lead strategic projects focused on increasing efficiency or quality, decreasing costs, or improving operational metrics
Execute improvement projects and deliver optimized processes and measurable business results
Conduct baseline assessments to select improvement projects based on customer needs and business goals
Work with managers and key executives to implement process improvements and new technology deployments
Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal and external resources to meet shared strategic business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience, preferably in project management and revenue cycle operations
Ability to successfully communicate complex business requirements to multiple audiences, including IT, operations, and clients
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated experience in project management, including project definition, planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, communicating status, change management, risk management, and mitigation
Demonstrated experience in revenue cycle management or revenue cycle operations
