About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems
Build systems powering models, specialized reasoning and resolution agents, and human-in-the-loop AI features
Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to business outcomes
Partner with product managers and operators to convert manual workflows into agentic and AI-driven automations
Collaborate with AI and ML engineers to build AI-native systems combining deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs
Design and build secure, compliant, and reliable systems at scale
Lead a portfolio of projects contributing to major technical initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience building and operating production systems
Experience owning features or services end-to-end in production
Experience leading projects independently from design through deployment and iteration
Experience scaling production systems, including debugging issues involving performance, reliability, and data correctness
Interest in applied AI and willingness to deepen AI expertise
Commitment to clean code, reliability, and production readiness
