About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems
Build systems powering models, specialized reasoning and resolution agents, and human-in-the-loop AI features
Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to real business outcomes
Partner with product managers and operators to turn manual workflows into agentic and AI-driven automations
Collaborate with AI and ML engineers to build AI-native systems combining deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs
Design and build secure, compliant, and reliable systems at scale

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience building and operating production systems
Demonstrated experience owning features or services end-to-end in production
Ability to lead projects independently from design through deployment and iteration
Experience talking directly with users and designing solutions with product teams
Experience scaling production systems, including debugging performance, reliability, and data correctness issues
Interest in applied AI and willingness to deepen expertise
Commitment to clean code, reliability, and production readiness
Healthcare experience is a bonus
Relevant skills, experience, and education or training may influence individual pay
