About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems
Build systems powering models, specialized reasoning and resolution agents, and human-in-the-loop AI features
Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to business outcomes
Partner with product managers and operators to turn manual workflows into agentic and AI-driven automations
Work with AI and ML engineers to build AI-native systems combining deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs
Design and build secure, compliant, and reliable systems at scale
Own features or services end-to-end in production
Collaborate directly with users and product partners to understand needs and design solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years of experience building and operating production systems
Demonstrated experience owning features or services end-to-end in production
Ability to lead projects independently from design through deployment and iteration
Experience scaling production systems, including debugging issues across performance, reliability, and data correctness
Curiosity about applied AI and eagerness to deepen expertise
Care deeply about clean code, reliability, and production readiness
Healthcare experience is not required
