About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise logistics operations involving transportation, collection, and delivery, ensuring that customer demands are met, including those of airports, laboratories, and hospitals.
- Coordinate shipping processes, the issuance and control of transportation documents, and ensure compliance with established deadlines and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory legislation for municipal, intermunicipal, and interstate transportation.
- Monitor logistics performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the activities of the Logistics team, providing technical and operational support to analysts and assistants.
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements to logistics processes to optimize resources and enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, occupational safety standards, and regulatory authority requirements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, service providers, and internal customers, ensuring operational alignment.
- Conduct alignment meetings with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to monitor demands and resolve issues.
- Monitor and address Customer Service (SAC) requests and Nonconformity Reports (NCRs), contributing to the implementation of corrective actions and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure the safety, traceability, and compliance of logistics operations in accordance with the company’s established procedures.
