About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A completed Master’s degree in finance, economics, econometrics, business, strategy or a related discipline, with strong academic results
  • Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in banking, strategy, consulting, portfolio management, finance or risk
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers
  • Ability to structure ambiguous questions and connect multiple perspectives
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to engage constructively with colleagues from different disciplines and seniority levels
  • Confidence working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in developing compelling, decision-oriented analyses
  • Judgement to balance attention to detail with a clear view of the bigger picture
  • Assessments are part of the application process
