About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the regulatory framework for Rabobank’s Swap Dealer activities
Maintain the regulatory and operational framework for Rabo Securities USA, Inc., Rabobank’s U.S.-registered broker-dealer
Provide KYC and CDD support for Markets and Treasury client owners
Help satisfy internal and external requirements
Manage counterparty and client onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for Swap Dealer Associated Persons globally and RSI Registered Representatives
Provide regulatory trade support and general trade assistance
Coordinate business initiatives, projects, and operational improvements across Markets and Treasury
Collaborate with business partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality service and advance operational improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality customer service
Ability to learn and apply regulatory and operational requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Interest in finance
Ability to travel occasionally regionally and globally
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position
