About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the demand and feedback lifecycle for Managed Application Stacks
Improve intake processes to reduce lead time for pipeline onboarding requests
Increase adoption of Managed Application Stacks through data-driven insights and reporting
Streamline Azure DevOps CI/CD services through standardization
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end demand and feedback process
Structure, prioritize, and transparently track requests
Analyze demand, usage, and feedback data to identify trends
Translate insights into actionable improvements for platform adoption and product direction
Improve onboarding processes, permissions, templates, and self-service capabilities for Azure DevOps pipelines
Collaborate with platform teams, architects, and engineers across multiple tribes within Squad Aurum

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Experience with CRM, intake, or ticketing systems
Understanding of Azure DevOps pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong analytical mindset
Proactive and structured way of working
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Must be located in the Netherlands
Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands
Reliability check is part of the procedure
