About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze functional, technical, security and operational requirements and translate them into maintainable solutions
- Produce technical designs and refine them with the lead engineer, solution architect and fellow engineers
- Design, build, test, deploy and maintain applications, integrations and platform services
- Develop and maintain solutions in C# and PowerShell
- Improve automation, CI/CD and infrastructure as code while addressing security vulnerabilities and technical debt
- Take end-to-end ownership of services, including production support, troubleshooting, lifecycle management and on-call duties
- Analyze, implement and review changes
- Maintain pipelines and resolve vulnerabilities
- Help modernize the authentication landscape
- Contribute to support, continuity and lifecycle management
- Collaborate within the Authentication Squad, IAM department and multidisciplinary team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid software engineering experience, especially with C# and PowerShell, or strong experience with comparable technologies that allows you to become productive quickly
- Experience with CI/CD, YAML, code reviews and collaborative development
- Experience with identity and authentication technologies and a good understanding of security principles
- Experience working in complex, interconnected environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
- Practical DevOps mindset with focus on development, operational responsibilities, troubleshooting and on-call duties
- Professional proficiency in English
- Candidates must already hold a valid visa that allows them to work in the Netherlands
- Reliability assessment is part of the procedure
