About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with capital structuring analyses, including ratings, cost of capital, liquidity stress testing, and peer benchmarking
  • Prepare presentations communicating capital structuring advice to clients and prospects
  • Support the origination and execution of tailored structured financing solutions
  • Help identify client financing needs and develop marketing materials and term sheets
  • Assist with transaction terms, legal documentation, internal credit applications, and other approval materials
  • Provide analytical, transaction, and marketing support for capital structuring advice and tailored financing solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage detailed assignments accurately while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to team priorities
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
