About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help manage and prioritize the team backlog
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and users
- Write user stories and support the engineering team
- Track progress of work and support Agile ceremonies and sprints
- Communicate updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvements to the Application Hosting platform
- Help identify, analyze, and resolve issues affecting the service
- Work closely with engineers, architects, operations teams, and business representatives
- Support roadmap planning and product lifecycle activities
- Monitor customer feedback and translate insights into improvements
- Support platform stability, compliance, and operational excellence
- Contribute to a strategic roadmap for migration, modernization, and decommissioning initiatives
- Build relationships with application owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Continuously develop Product Ownership, Agile, and technical platform knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Scrum, S@S, Agile and Agile ways of working
- Basic understanding of application hosting
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts and Product Ownership
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- PSPO I or similar certification
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Must be located in the Netherlands
- Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands
- Reliability check is part of the procedure
