About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead an existing multidisciplinary squad responsible for developing, operating and continuously improving enterprise data management services used across Rabobank
  • Develop and communicate a product vision, measurable outcomes and prioritised roadmap
  • Manage delivery through a transparent, well-maintained backlog balancing user value, AI-enabled automation, regulatory requirements, operational continuity and technology evolution
  • Oversee a complex stakeholder landscape and build alignment across dependencies, competing interests and governance
  • Work with Chapter Global Data Management to implement global policy requirements and business processes
  • Introduce AI-enabled automation for data definition, data quality requirements and specifications, and data issue management
  • Guide the evolution and rationalisation of the technology landscape
  • Ensure enterprise data management and governance services remain secure, resilient, fit for purpose and user-friendly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Academic background (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  • At least three years of experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role
  • At least three years of relevant experience in data management
  • Experience developing a product vision, roadmap and backlog and managing delivery with a multidisciplinary squad
  • Ability to make strategical choices to continuously improve enterprise data management capabilities
  • Experience working in a complex, international and highly regulated organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, connecting business and technology stakeholders
  • Proactive and result-driven approach
  • Ability to translate complex challenges into clear priorities and practical solutions
  • Affinity with new developments in data, technology and AI
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be located in the Netherlands; relocation is not possible
  • Motivation letter required
  • Reliability assessment is part of the procedure
