About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a product or service domain within Area Adherence
- Develop product vision and roadmap with the team and stakeholders
- Identify valuable problems and turn user and stakeholder insights into priorities
- Balance usability, scalability, risk, and compliance in product decisions
- Create alignment across teams and encourage standard solutions
- Define success measures and guide discovery and delivery
- Support reliable, secure, compliant, and user-friendly solutions
- Connect teams, topic owners, users, and decision-makers around shared outcomes
- Define and track KPIs for usage, data quality, onboarding efficiency, and reliability
- Improve developer and topic-owner experience through feedback and metrics
- Manage competing priorities, dependencies, and risks
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, development teams, Tech Leads, architects, fellow Product Owners, and other stakeholders
- Simplify processes and interfaces in a complex landscape
- Represent user and customer needs in product decisions
- Contribute to leadership of Area Adherence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting change management, process improvement, or organisational transformation initiatives
- User-centred approach and interest in adoption, impact, and continuous improvement
- Ability to create clarity, make considered trade-offs, and communicate decisions openly
- Collaborative style and confidence working with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile ways of working
- Openness to learning new technical and regulatory domains
- Must be located in the Netherlands
- Motivational letter answering three specified product ownership and stakeholder-management questions
- Reliability assessment as part of the procedure
