About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Tech4Ops products impacting 9.5 million Rabobank customers and thousands of engineers
- Own a strategic product domain within Tech4Ops
- Define and continuously evolve the product vision and strategy
- Translate strategic ambitions into a roadmap with a 12-month horizon
- Prioritize the backlog to maximize customer and business value
- Drive data-driven decision-making, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement
- Engage stakeholders across business and technology
- Align Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Architects, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams
- Enable the squad with focus, transparency, and Agile ceremonies
- Drive transformation beyond incremental improvement
- Support standardization, automation, observability, security monitoring, and intelligent remediation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a complex Agile organization
- Experience managing products with significant business and technology impact
- Experience with platform, operational, engineering, observability, security, or technology products
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational layers
- Strategic thinking, decision-making, storytelling, and influencing
- Change agility, professional collaboration, and leadership without hierarchy
- CV and answers to the three application questions are required
- Must be located in the Netherlands
- Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands
- A reliability check is part of the procedure
