About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with pitching, structuring, executing, and monitoring project finance transactions
- Review financial models for renewable energy, infrastructure, and other project finance opportunities
- Review power purchase, construction, operations, and maintenance agreements
- Draft internal transaction materials and conduct project finance research
- Support portfolio monitoring, risk analysis, expansions, refinancings, and restructurings
- Participate in live transactions and portfolio activities
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an anticipated spring 2028 graduation date
- Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.5 or above
- Strong interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and project finance
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and learning transaction-specific financial modeling concepts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn quickly and think nimbly
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future employment visa sponsorship
