About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct in-depth research on reporting, financial, risk management and Financial Economic Crime topics.
- Translate research findings into practical insights.
- Analyse data and create research reports, financial reports, management insights and analyses.
- Perform risk assessments and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Support the development and improvement of risk, financial and FEC-related models, tools and data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk and Financial Economic Crime teams on strategic analyses and business challenges.
- Contribute to detecting unusual patterns and strengthening the prevention of financial crime.
- Develop analytical, research, reporting, risk assessment, FEC and financial modelling skills through hands-on assignments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed a university degree in a relevant field, or are expected to graduate by summer 2027.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Available for 4 to 6 months from 1 March 2027.
- Effective communication in Dutch and English.
- Interest in risk management, finance, financial reporting or Financial Economic Crime.
- Interest in developing practical research and analysis skills in a banking environment.
- Interest in a future career within Risk, Finance or FEC.
- A reliability assessment is part of the procedure.
- An assessment can be part of the application process.
