About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide analytical, transaction, and marketing support to the Food & Agribusiness Corporate Banking Coverage team
  • Assist Analysts and Associates with transaction execution and new business development
  • Prepare client and internal presentations, company profiles, and other marketing materials
  • Support Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers with research, analysis, and relevant projects
  • Collaborate with professionals across Rabobank’s product offerings
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality work within tight timelines
  • Gain exposure to corporate banking products and client-focused work
  • Contribute to live transactions and new business development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
  • Strong academic record
  • Business, banking, and finance coursework
  • Finance club participation or other relevant collegiate involvement
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Sincere interest in food and agribusiness and desire to pursue a career in corporate banking
  • Must be able to work on-site at Rabobank’s Chicago, IL office throughout the internship
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
  • Previous professional internship experience is preferred
