About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support bankers across the group with analytical, relationship-management, and transaction-related activities
  • Prepare marketing materials and build financial models
  • Analyze client credit transactions
  • Coordinate legal and compliance requirements
  • Produce management reports and track income
  • Develop understanding of client portfolios and covered industries
  • Support client meetings, maintain CRM information in Client Link, and support KYC requirements
  • Contribute to ad hoc business-management projects
  • Complete credit-related work accurately and efficiently
  • Complete relevant training, including CRM courses, and develop understanding of credit systems
  • Serve as a liaison between Relationship Managers and Product Groups
  • Support capital structure analysis and asset-based finance products and solutions
  • Potentially rotate with product groups in New York
  • Comply with applicable regulations and Rabobank policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of corporate banking or comparable experience
  • Formal credit training at a major bank preferred
  • Relevant financial licenses are a plus
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, prospecting, networking, financial analysis, collaboration, and decision-making
  • Ability to travel regionally and globally, up to 20%
  • Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States
  • Rabobank is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position
