About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform ADA scans of application code
- Plan and apply fixes to legacy .NET web applications
- Ensure adherence to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and ADA Section 508 standards

- Conduct accessibility audits using NVDA, WAVE, and Claude AI automated scans
- Lead remediation efforts for web interfaces
- Audit legacy PDF report code built on the Crystal Reports engine
- Convert legacy reports into compliant, accessible PDF reports
- Build dynamic PDF reporting modules with tagged PDFs, reading orders, and structural elements within .NET workflows
- Use GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot and Anthropic Claude for accessibility auditing, refactoring, documentation, and test generation
- Configure CI/CD pipelines and support release engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must currently be located in Indiana
- 7 years of experience with .NET Core / .NET
- 8 years of experience with ASP.NET Core (MVC/Razor/Web API) and C# enterprise patterns
- Expert proficiency in native JavaScript (ES6+), modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, CSS Variables, SCSS), and semantic HTML5
- Expert understanding of W3C web standards, cross-browser performance optimization, and responsive design patterns
- Expert-level knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA guidelines, WAI-ARIA authoring practices, and ADA Section 508 compliance
- Hands-on experience developing accessible PDF output using .NET PDF libraries with proper tag trees, alternative text, reading order, and table headers
- Experience testing with Claude AI, NVDA, and WAVE
- Hands-on expertise using GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) Copilot and Anthropic Claude (Claude Code, API, or enterprise interfaces)
- Proven experience with CI/CD automation, pipeline configuration (GitHub Actions / Azure Pipelines), git workflows, and release engineering
