About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality care and companionship to people in their own homes
- Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Provide personal care and support with household tasks
- Support medication administration
- Prepare meals
- Perform light housekeeping
- Assist with daily activities
- Build meaningful, professional client relationships
- Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Provide care in the community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Female care assistants requested
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Own car required
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Alternate weekend availability, or every Saturday or Sunday for contracted hours
- Home Care experience of 1 year preferred
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Social Care or Care Certificate preferred
- No prior experience necessary; full training provided
