About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate execution of Radicle Health’s GovRAMP compliance initiative
Work with the CISO to understand project drivers, expectations, and bottlenecks
Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and owners
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and follow up on action items and commitments
Track progress against baseline dates and manage critical path dependencies
Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, consultants, vendors, and external assessors
Identify resource needs, capacity conflicts, and competing priorities
Maintain project dashboards, milestone trackers, decision logs, and weekly status reports
Report progress, deadlines, resource constraints, and decisions needed to the CISO and stakeholders
Maintain risk, issue, and dependency registers and escalate blockers promptly
Coordinate readiness, evidence collection, control remediation, assessment preparation, and authorization milestones
Track required documentation and technical deliverables
Coordinate external assessment schedules and outstanding deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience delivering complex IT, technology, or cross-functional projects
Demonstrated success managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and project risks
Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, meeting facilitation, and executive reporting skills
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or comparable project management tools
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods and driving accountability without direct authority
Experience coordinating GovRAMP, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or comparable compliance initiatives (preferred)
Experience scheduling third-party assessments, audits, or certification projects (preferred)
Experience in SaaS, cloud technology, healthcare, or another regulated industry (preferred)
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
