About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advanced IT support for clinical and administrative users
- Ensure high availability of radiology systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and clinical application issues across devices and peripherals
- Triage and manage escalated or high-priority incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
- Support operations during planned and unplanned downtime using established procedures
- Document and manage incidents in ServiceNow
- Communicate updates and resolutions clearly
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including hardware and network support preferred
- Experience supporting voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency
- Knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, DICOM functionality, and radiology workflow
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Advanced IT support experience for clinical and administrative users
