About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the operations of individual projects within programs
  • Coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines
  • Report to the program manager on progress and changes made to the initial project plan
  • Focus on project execution and managing functional elements, including meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks
  • Tasks may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
  • Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
  • Contributes to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD Cyber Security, and Cloud
  • Ability to maintain a Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required for employment
  • Work must be conducted within the continental U.S.
  • Highly preferred: Direct experience working with DoD clients
  • Highly preferred: Proven track record managing favorable profit and loss
  • Highly preferred: Agile certification(s)
  • Highly preferred: Experience working in a software factory environment
