About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Automate infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes
- Administer Linux servers and ensure monitoring, security, and system scalability
- Develop and maintain Jenkins/GitLab CI pipelines
- Automate microservices deployments for the payment layer
- Manage Kubernetes clusters
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
- Support hybrid infrastructure consisting of on-premise and private cloud environments
- Configure network isolation for payment zones within PCI DSS scope
- Set up and maintain the observability stack using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident escalation
- Participate in root-cause analysis and post-mortem processes
- Implement DevSecOps practices, including container image vulnerability scanning and secrets management with HashiCorp Vault
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NBU regulatory requirements
- Contribute to implementation of an enterprise Salesforce-based CRM platform for customer interactions, sales, and customer data management at Raiffeisen Bank
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role
- Preferably experience in fintech, banking, or telecom
- Experience working with high-load services with 99.9%+ availability requirements
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Understanding of PCI DSS requirements or experience participating in compliance audits
- Experience participating in on-call rotations and resolving production incidents
- Ability to make decisions under pressure in critical situations
- Responsibility and understanding of the impact of changes in a financial environment
- Strong collaboration skills with development, security, and compliance teams
- Documentation skills, including clear runbooks and architectural documentation
- Readiness for on-call duties and unplanned tasks
- Nice to have: Salesforce, NBU SEP, Visa/Mastercard processing, or SWIFT integration experience
- Nice to have: CKA, AWS/Azure, CISSP, or PCI DSS QSA certifications
- Nice to have: familiarity with PSD2 or NBU Open API
