About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and evolve production infrastructure
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of services
Automate routine operations and reduce toil
Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
Analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and conduct Root Cause Analysis
Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures
Participate in capacity planning, system scaling, and resource optimization
Improve disaster recovery, backup strategies, and operational readiness
Implement and support GitOps deployments using Argo CD and manage declarative Kubernetes configurations
Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, runbooks, and architectural decisions
Collaborate with software development, QA, security, and IT support teams
Participate in on-call rotations
Apply AIOps practices for anomaly detection, alert correlation, and root-cause hypothesis generation
Integrate LLM-powered tools into incident diagnostics, reporting, log analysis, and technical knowledge-base search

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a related role
Solid knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
Strong understanding of observability principles: monitoring, logging, metrics collection, and distributed tracing
Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot production issues
Understanding of SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets
Proficiency in Python
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze application logs and metrics
Clear communication during incident management
Experience or strong interest in AI/ML-driven SRE approaches is nice to have
Experience using LLM tools is nice to have
Understanding of AI agent architectures is nice to have
Experience applying AI to anomaly detection, alert correlation, or incident root cause analysis is nice to have
Experience designing, developing, or deploying AI agents is nice to have
