About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and execute initial allocations, seasonal floorsets, and ongoing replenishment across 16 retail stores and the e-commerce channel
  • Maintain optimal fleet-wide stock depth and sell-through rates
  • Execute allocation routines and collaborate with Engineering and Data teams on tool logic refinements and process enhancements
  • Execute store replenishment and evaluate store performance using tiering frameworks, local climate, capacity, historical trends, and demographic insights
  • Identify location-specific best sellers and slow movers and provide recommendations to Merchandising
  • Maintain feedback loops with Store Managers and District Managers on local trends, competitive shifts, and store needs
  • Manage monthly Open-to-Buy tracking and reporting for the retail fleet
  • Evaluate sales and receipt variances with Planning leadership
  • Support store-level revenue plan tracking and variance identification with Merchandising Planning and Finance
  • Analyze fleet inventory health, escalate stock risks, and propose operational adjustments
  • Collaborate with Operations and 3PL partners to optimize delivery schedules, stock buffers, and inventory flow
  • Report to the VP, Merchandising

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Retail Planning, Allocation, or OTB Management within a multi-unit retail environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, including dynamic data structures, scenario modeling, and complex formulas
  • Experience with enterprise planning software or BI platforms, such as Oracle, Blue Yonder, or SAP
  • Deep understanding of Open-to-Buy (OTB), GMROI, inventory turn, Weeks of Supply (WOS), and sell-through
  • Ability to balance chain-level targets across 17 stores and e-commerce with store-level allocation precision
  • Ability to navigate matrixed teams across Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Stores, and 3PL/Operations
  • Strong communication and data-driven presentation skills
  • Ability to partner with field teams and translate store feedback into actionable inventory strategies
  • Creative, innovative, agile, and motivated by a fast-paced environment
