About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide N2/N3 support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues;
- Administer networks, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualized environments;
- Monitor infrastructure and identify and resolve incidents;
- Perform backup and restoration activities;
- Support information security and access management;
- Install and configure equipment, systems, and infrastructure resources;
- Coordinate with vendors and support IT projects and improvements;
- Document environments, procedures, and solutions;
- Use AI for diagnostics, analysis, automation, and activity optimization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
- Experience with N2/N3 support and corporate infrastructure;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls;
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID;
- Knowledge of virtualization, backup, restoration, and monitoring;
- Availability to work on-site.
- Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, or Linux certifications;
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Workspace;
- Experience with Zabbix or Grafana;
- Knowledge of ITIL;
- PowerShell or Shell scripting;
- Experience with automation and AI-based solutions.
