About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the full design process from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and final design
- Own design for financial flows including sending and receiving money, wallet onboarding, transaction history, and identity verification
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and workflow automation
- Help shape AI-driven product features within the Viber super-app
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and analysis of data and analytics
- Contribute to and evolve the design system shared across Viber products
- Connect design decisions to product KPIs and business outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering in the UK and with the design team in Israel
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience with B2C mobile products
- Experience ideally in fintech, payments, or digital wallets
- Full ownership from problem framing through shipping
- Ability to independently analyze data and analytics and understand feature metrics
- Strong UX foundation and attention to detail, including microcopy, edge cases, error states, and micro-interactions
- Experience designing regulated or compliance-adjacent flows, identity verification, onboarding, and transaction limits
- Comfortable conducting user research, including user interviews and usability tests
- Comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback and participating in design critiques, team rituals, and cross-location syncs
- Clear written and verbal communication across product, engineering, and leadership
