Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Expected graduation date of December 2027 through Spring 2028
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop data-driven recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and data cleansing techniques
Experience analyzing data and clearly communicating insights and business recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Motivated, driven, and professional with a strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impact
Comfortable seeking clarification, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Interest in financial analysis, business strategy, reporting, and forecasting
Leadership demonstrated through internships, work experience, student organizations, athletics, research, or other extracurricular activities
Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, data visualization, consulting projects, or client-facing work is a plus
