Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and data cleansing techniques
  • Experience analyzing data and clearly communicating insights and business recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Motivated, driven, and professional with a strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impact
  • Comfortable seeking clarification, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in financial analysis, business strategy, reporting, and forecasting
  • Demonstrated leadership through internships, work experience, student organizations, athletics, research, or other extracurricular activities
  • Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, data visualization, consulting projects, or client-facing work is a plus
