About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage engineering programs to ensure on time release of products
  • Manage and influence business, product, and development team stakeholders on solution delivery and scope
  • Manage project budgets with targets and actuals
  • Leverage Ralliant Business System tools for visual and daily management and standard work
  • Drive improvements in product development processes to increase product quality, reduce program cycle time, and control development costs

  • Escalate resource conflicts and drive resolution with engineering leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years Project Management or engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other engineering degree
  • Experience with managing scope, schedule, budget and quality of projects
  • Experience in product development
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
