About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead global cross-functional core teams within Operations on Test & Measurement instrument New Product Development programs
  • Represent Operations/Manufacturing on NPD core teams and communicate program information and strategies to Operations/Manufacturing management
  • Coordinate manufacturing, test, and materials plans
  • Identify and mitigate manufacturing and supply chain risks
  • Work with engineering and materials teams to develop and track product cost estimates
  • Ensure tooling and test equipment capacity supports manufacturing ramp and steady-state production
  • Lead global cross-functional teams through ambiguity and changing business priorities
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve NPI execution capability
  • Establish scalable processes, tools, and best practices to improve product-launch speed, quality, and predictability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain
  • 3+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, or program/project management experience on complex products
  • Demonstrated success launching technically complex products into production.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
  • Depth of knowledge and experience in New Product Development processes
  • Ability to drive, communicate, and gain support for decisions in ambiguous and unstructured environments
  • Results-oriented team player who leads by example, takes ownership, and champions process improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of manufacturing cost drivers at PCBA and product level
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred: experience leading global programs across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Preferred: experience managing outsourced manufacturing partners
  • Preferred: experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategic decisions
  • Preferred: MBA, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent credentials
  • Preferred: Microsoft Power BI suite of products
