About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the operating cadence for the Talent leadership team, including monthly operating reviews and annual strategy planning
  • Develop approaches to KPIs, daily management, and visual management
  • Coordinate preparation for Talent team visits to Operating Company sites and help solve talent challenges with OpCo customers
  • Support management and tracking of the function's budget and commitments
  • Drive program management of the annual talent cycle and priority talent projects
  • Manage timelines, communications, reporting, process governance, execution, delivery, and adoption
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into executive-ready insights, scenarios, and recommendations for C-suite forums
  • Support people-related M&A and cost optimization work
  • Frame talent questions using data and financial logic; quantify recommendation costs and value
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality
  • Partner with HR Technology and HR Operations teams on talent management and organization effectiveness systems
  • Coordinate the knowledge base, escalations, and trends from HR Shared Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MBA or a master's in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Prior experience in talent management or planning, organization effectiveness, or a business or HR rotational program is a plus
  • Highly analytical and AI literate
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Proficiency in Power BI, data analysis, and visualization
  • Finance literate, including P&L, cost center, accrual, and headcount plan language
  • Ability to challenge a forecast
  • Ability to build polished, executive-ready materials
  • Ability to explain complex analysis simply to senior audiences
  • Exceptional organization while running multiple workstreams and an operating cadence
  • Excellent judgement on confidential and sensitive matters
