About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud between BigCommerce and JDE/SAP, BigCommerce and Salesforce, Perfion and BigCommerce, and Perfion and Algolia
  • Own the Perfion PIM data model and content workflows publishing to BigCommerce, Algolia, and Hygraph
  • Configure Algolia indexes, replicas, ranking strategies, and synonyms
  • Partner with marketing and merchandising on search relevance
  • Maintain Hygraph schemas and content models
  • Partner with marketing on content publishing flows to brand sites
  • Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce and BigCommerce for lead capture, lifecycle, and attribution
  • Establish integration observability through logs, retries, dead-letter queues, and alerts
  • Document every integration as a contract covering events, payloads, and failure modes
  • Partner with the Data Engineer to align transactional integrations and analytical pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in integration / iPaaS work
  • At least 2 years on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato
  • Strong REST + SOAP API skills
  • XML + JSON fluency
  • Comfortable with OAuth, JWT, and mTLS
  • Hands-on experience with at least one PIM platform: Perfion, Akeneo, inriver, or Salsify
  • Comfortable with Algolia, Elastic, Solr, or Coveo
  • Database fluency including SQL, joins, query plans, and basic optimization
  • Strong written documentation skills
  • Direct experience with Hygraph or another headless CMS is nice to have
  • HubSpot and Salesforce integration experience is nice to have
  • BigCommerce integration experience is nice to have
  • Exposure to event-driven architectures such as Kafka, EventBridge, or Pub/Sub is nice to have
