About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical and operational programs on time, within budget, and to defined quality and performance standards
  • Drive internal capability development initiatives, including manufacturing readiness, test infrastructure, process improvement, and technology enablement projects
  • Implement Daily and Visual Management tools to monitor KPIs, improve execution rigor, and support continuous improvement
  • Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable program plans
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks
  • Provide clear, data-driven program updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and disciplined execution across technical and business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of technical or program management experience
  • Experience ideally within microelectronics, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or related industries
  • Experience leading internal development, process improvement, or capability-building initiatives strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Project, MS Planner, and Jira
  • Familiarity with regulated environments such as ITAR or defense-adjacent programs is a plus
  • PMI/PMP certification preferred; equivalent experience or training considered
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority, resolve conflict, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to drive alignment and execution in a matrixed, technically complex organization
