About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with the VP Operations to integrate newly acquired companies and transition them to Ralph’s standards
Develop playbooks, standards, escalation protocols, and decision-making routines
Identify manual and error-prone processes and develop automated solutions with Product, Tech, and Operations
Support the adoption of new ways of working and clarify roles and responsibilities
Ensure that changes are implemented sustainably across the team
Take ownership of key transformation projects impacting efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage complex operational escalations and translate them into concrete next steps
Own operational issues through to resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to improve the company operationally through a hands-on approach
Change mindset; ability to explain, introduce, and embed new processes in day-to-day operations
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and complex interdependencies into simple, actionable processes
Strong execution capabilities and a bias for action
Confident presence and excellent verbal communication skills, including in challenging situations
German at C2 level
