About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the product vision for the owner portal and internal operations dashboard, and develop clear roadmaps
- Translate complex property management processes into efficient, scalable digital workflows and identify opportunities to create value with AI
- Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and in-house property management team to understand requirements and make product decisions
- Prioritize features and manage the development process end to end
- Ensure seamless collaboration between Design, Engineering, and Operations
- Conduct market and user research, validate requirements, and refine the product strategy
- Integrate cutting-edge AI applications into the operating system
- Develop prototypes for an AI-powered ERP system
- Help shape mobile apps for property owners and tenants
- Design an inbox feature for the property management team’s daily task management
- Design a nationwide control tower for the leadership team
- Conduct user testing for new AI features and optimize the ticketing system
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech or startup environment, ideally in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or a process-driven industry
- Experience working with analog, fragmented processes and translating them into scalable digital workflows
- Ability to own complex features and products end to end—from requirements analysis and prototyping through testing and rollout
- Close collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Operations, along with the ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and property managers
- Strong analytical skills and clear prioritization
- Ability to connect business objectives with user needs
- Fluency in German
- Bonus: Experience in PropTech, ERP systems, or other complex B2B workflows
- Bonus: Experience designing and launching AI features
