Key responsibilities & impact

Develop detailed project plans and manage change controls
Manage and coordinate project work using project management tools and systems to ensure timely, in-scope completion
Monitor project progress and provide regular stakeholder updates
Ensure data integrity and consistency within Salesforce and other tools
Develop Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data constructs to extract insights for decision-making
Use project data to track activities, manage customer data, and generate reports
Perform risk management to minimize disruption and delays
Create and maintain dashboards and reports
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
Provide actionable insights to support decision-making
Assist in managing and optimizing service workflows to improve operational efficiency
Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve processes
Work within healthcare environments and understand the challenges of a regulated industry
Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including solution architecture, configuration, and platform administration
Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model design, custom objects, relationships, and platform security/sharing architecture
Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows; familiarity with Process Builder/legacy automation
Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and/or middleware platforms
Advanced skill in building Salesforce reports and dashboards; experience with additional BI tools such as Tableau CRM is a plus
Familiarity with Service Cloud incident management objects (Cases, Entitlements, Omni-Channel, Knowledge) and ITIL/ITSM concepts
Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL; Visualforce familiarity is a plus
Strong discipline in unit and integration testing, including Apex test classes, meaningful coverage, and end-to-end integration testing
Proven track record maintaining and refactoring existing Salesforce implementations, reducing technical debt, and simplifying platform design safely
Experience with sandbox management and deployment tools such as Change Sets, Metadata API, Copado, or Gearset
Salesforce Administrator certification is nice to have
Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or Service Cloud Consultant certification strongly preferred
