About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist engineering teams with pre-development due diligence
  • Prepare exhibits
  • Prepare site engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans and utility plans
  • Assist with supporting calculations and preparation of stormwater management plans and reports
  • Conduct regulatory authority research and permitting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university and some applicable work experience
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • EIT certification is highly preferred
  • Experience in design of site-related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, mixed-use or redevelopment projects is preferred
  • Able to solve basic engineering problems and have good decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and ability to be a team player
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office are highly preferred
  • Applicable U.S.-based work experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States as indicated by the U.S.-based work experience requirement
