About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to implementing RATP Solutions Ville’s communications plan
Participate in digital, editorial, event and corporate communications projects
Produce internal and external content, including articles, LinkedIn posts, presentation materials, and photo or video reports
Help organize internal and external events, including RSV coffee sessions, manager communities, seminars, New Year’s ceremonies, trade shows, inaugurations and site visits
Monitor communications initiatives and measure their impact through editorial calendars, dashboards, feedback reviews and performance indicators
Collaborate with RATP Solutions Ville teams, its subsidiaries and RATP Group entities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Currently pursuing or holding a four- or five-year degree in communications, digital communications, business, or an equivalent field
Strong writing skills, with the ability to write, rephrase, summarize and identify the right angle
Curiosity, organization and reliability
Ability to switch between different topics
Willingness to suggest ideas, experiment, learn and contribute to high-visibility projects
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
Proficiency in—or willingness to develop skills in—Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
